Size and number of roof windows

For optimal comfort, we recommend that the glazed areas represent 15-20% of the overall floor area in your room. There are building code rules and regulations about how much natural light and ventilation must be present in every room of a home therefore, by knowing whether your room is small, medium or large it will enable us to calculate the optimal window area you would need.

Amount of daylight and ventilation

Natural daylight and ventilation must equal to approximately 5% of the floor area. Did you know that your home needs, at least, 3 air changes per hour? It helps in reducing mildew and mold.
